On a rainy day, Eric the crab tries to engage the sad shark with music but receives no attention. Disheartened, the crab encounters the squid, who sings with a silly voice and fails to play a seaweed flute. Suddenly, a melodious sound emanates from a sleeping octopus, who unwittingly plays the flute, prompting joyful music that unites all sea creatures in harmony, including the previously silly-singing squid, culminating in a happy gathering.
